I took Axel , one of our German Shepherds to Jane & Mick’s , dog grooming ( Eric & Jessie ) . From the moment we pulled up , they were so friendly and inviting . Axel was anxious as never been to a professional groomers before . They spoke to him , loved him and let him look /sniff around . I was amazed when they got Axel to stand on the grooming table as he’s very nervous but they put him at ease by constantly chatting to him and stroking him . I stayed throughout the grooming session and what a lovely , clean , delightful, professional grooming salon within their garden . All secure . Jane and Mick made Axel feel at ease as well as me lol . As well as , making him look and smell gorgeous . Eric & Jessie dog grooming is a truly , lovely , calm and caring experience for your dog/s . I’ve booked my other German shepherds in as well as Axel again. Axel was very relaxed by the end of the session and I can’t thank Jane & Mick enough just superb , genuine people who have the knowledge and the know how about dogs whether big or small . Fabulous ! Hi Jane, here's a little update on Colin. After what you said about his paw, I took a closer look. I realised there was a lump between his pads. Took him to vet, injection slow release anti inflammatory and antibiotic. Not much limping for couple of weeks. Then, he was just laid out one day, noticed pad was looking sore. Went to vet again, she was not happy. Lump had grown. Ended up having toe removed.  I told vet it was you that brought the possible seriousness to my attention on Colin's first visit, she commended your vigilance at that point.  Now he's all better and I'm 'worry-free', (does that ever happen to pet parents? ??) I am very grateful you care so much about all your clients and you managed to fit him in for that claw clip when you were so busy.  Can't thank you enough.

What can I say other than perfection.  Jane is just lovely and so professional.  She was so kind to our very nervous pup.  Her salon is 5☆ and so is the service.  I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a 5☆ experience for their beloved dogs.  Thank you so much.

I would like to say a huge thanku to Jane for making my rosie look so beautiful. Rosie lea had got really long as we couldn't find a really good groomer to cut her hair untill yesterday, Jane was so friendly and lovely to Rosie and me I would recommend eric and Jessies groomers 100%, I will be going back to Jane every time now. So if u want your doggies to look beautiful and feel good and to make you feel good then go to eric and Jessies grooming they are fantastic. Thank you once again Jane ????????xxx

First visit with our little Poppy today & it was superb from start to finish.  The parlour is beautiful and Jane was super friendly, putting us at ease immediately.  We stayed with Poppy for this first visit which Jane was more than fine with & even allowed my son to don the uniform & join in with the grooming which he loved!  Its all he talked about on the journey home.  More than happy to leave Poppy here on future visits knowing she is in great hands.  Highly recommend Eric & Jessies.  Thank you again, Jane, Poppy looks beautiful & smells divine.

Definately the best grooming salon I have ever taken my dog too.  Jane has so much patience and is so kind and caring.  My dog has had some bad experiences at previous groomers and is, therefore, very nervous.  Jane was so kind and made both me and Belle feel at ease.  Belle soon settled and was enjoying her pampering session and looked and smelt fabulous.  Booked in again for six weeks time.  Thank you so much

So patient, friendly and welcoming!  Gave me great advice and did a stunning job!  My pup looks so adorable!  Hopefully another few visits and he might sit still!!!  Even with him wriggling around Jane stayed calm and did what she could to make him comfortable and calm too.  Definately coming back here every time.

Would not hesitate to recommend this service. My golden retriever Poppy is a very anxious dog. Jane was absolutely brilliant with her. We had a very warm welcome and there were lots of treats for Poppy. We will be back soon.

I took my 2 year old pug for his first ever groom here yesterday. Jane was absolutely fantastic with him! She did a mini health check before we started and I advised her that he'd recently had a bit of eczema. She was very understanding and caring and did all she could to help with this, she also reassured me through the entire process explaining everything that she was doing in detail. I can't fault Jane in the slightest and we will definitely be visiting again � thanks for everything!

My girlfriend and I went to get her Pug groomed and seen to for the first time. Jane was really helpful and informative, very friendly and happy to help us learn more about checks and health of our pup. She's a bit of a distance from us, but we will happily do it and go back to her whenever Loki next needs groomed.

Wow is all I can say!.. What a welcome from Jane, she sure is 1st class and I highly recommend her. My two fur-babies are usually stressed after being groomed. Not today, they are happy and full of fun.. They are prancing about showing off their new looks. My eldest dog is 11 years old and has been groomed many times and never once was it suggested that her fur should be clipped. Jane made the suggestion and what a difference, she will be so much cooler and finally someone not afraid to cut her black claws short. My youngest dog does not usually like dryers and today she has been good as gold. You are stuck with us now Jane. See you in 6 weeks. Thank you so much for caring for them. Beautiful job!!

Our first visit to ericandjessies was a wonderful experience. The facilities were first class and everywhere was so clean and tidy. Jane was lovely and very friendly and her passion for dogs shone though. Both my dogs looked lovely and enjoyed their time being pampered. Will be booking again. Jane was great with Bandit on his first ever trip to the groomers. He was very nervous and hardly kept still but Jane was very patient and reassuring with him. He looks amazing now with all his puppy fur brushed out. Very professional service. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back for sure

This was my first experience at a dog groomers with my Woody & I would like to say what a great experience it was! We were made to feel very welcome.. Woody was very nervous & jumpy.. but Jane was very patient & caring towards him. Really pleased with the result too, we will definitely be back!

Jane the owner is such a warm dog loving person it was refreshing to see how she puts the dogs welfare first. My dog Simba is usually so stressed from having a spa day he just sleeps when he gets home but not today he looks fabulous and is so playful this evening he obviously had a good day. Thank you for the care and love you gave to Simba as well as the wonderful clip. I highly recommend Eric and Jessie and Jane best dog groomers I have found and will be using from now on wards.

Wow!!! This groomers has been amazing from the word go. Jane is so welcoming and friendly, she really put us at ease when leaving our dog Bonnie. We have taken our dogs to groomers in the past that we have not been very impressed with.  We called Eric & Jessie's and spoke to the owner Jane who was lovely, so helpful and very polite.  We arranged to go and see the salon before deciding to commit to booking our dog in.  We arrived and Jane met us at the gate and was so welcoming.  She showed us around her beautiful salon/spa which was second to none.  She explained to us about all the services the salon offered.  We booked Holly in and we were blown over by how she was groomed.  She looked fantastic and smelt lovely.  We are absolutely delighted to have found such a wonderful groomer and Jane is just lovely and very pasionate about all the dogs.  We have found a groomer for life.  Thank you so much Jane for such a lovely experience for us and for Holly.  xx

Eric and Jesses was recommended to us through FB as one of our terriers is very difficult. Today was there first visit and won't be our last. Jane the groomer was so patient as well as kind and caring. Both dogs look absolutely adorable and they certainly loved the hydro bath. We will certainly be revisiting on a regular basis and will recommend them to anyone in the future

Absolutely brilliant! My rescue dog was nervous at first but soon seemed to settle down, she loved being pampered! The facilities are amazing, wouldnt take her anywhere else :) x

Brilliant. We took Bentley today to have nails clipped. Jane was welcoming to us all. Bentley is a little stress head but Jane put him at ease and spent time getting to know him. The salon is fantastic. We will be back. Ginny, Dave and Bentley xx

This was our first visit with our lovely boy Kenco and Jane was an absolute star, very welcoming both to Kenco and ourselves. Took my little girl for grooming this morning . When we arrived I was very impressed with the set up . We talked through how I would like my dog cut and what else was involved . Left feeling with lots of confidence that my dog would be treated well and looked after with only one dog a time being groomed .  When I went to pick her up my dog was happy and looked beautiful. From the word go, everything has been absolutely incredible. Lola (as well as us) received the warmest of welcome to this lovely puppy paradise.
As her first ever groom, we are blown away with how gorgeous our girl looks.
We were talked through the process and left feeling completely at ease as we just knew she was being left in the best hands, you can see the passion within this business as well as the love and care taken in to each and every dogs needs. Fantastic, we took Alfie our Yorkshire terrier yesterday and he came out looking like a different dog.Jane did an excellent job on him will definitely be going back and will be recommending Jane.I have got to say it was a very pleasant place to take Alfie and the hydro bath was brilliant,also spotlessly clean.

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for the session Hero had with you last week. 
It was an appointment which you accommodated at late notice, and Hero is an older man now with a number of health problems. We have used a number of different groomers over the last 2 years as Heros regular  groomer retired. Hero was so relaxed, happy and chilled after his trip to you and his coat is lovely and velvety. Thank you so much for turning him back into the proud old man we love and he is so much more comfortable in his own skin too!

Wow!!!!! I have today visited and experienced Eric & Jessie's where I was met by Jane the owner. Jane was very welcoming and put both my dog Finlay and myself at ease by explaining the services on offer. She clearly has a passion for her trade and her salon is second to none. First visit but won't be the last, at last someone who's not frightened to cut black nails, done a super job, booked in again for 3 weeks time, for nail clips and a pamper session for Sophie the Dalmatian, very professional and friendly and uses natural products no chemicals, would definitely recommend Thankyou Jane x

Wow..... Eric & Jessie's Dog Grooming Salon based in Gamston, Retford certainly is Professional! The salon is beautiful and so so relaxing I almost wanted to book myself in for a pampering session let alone my West Highland White Terrier.
